TSNZ's new Projects Co-ordinator

is Ian McFetridge from Waikato.  Ian is a keen 3P and Air Rifle shooter, and is looking forward to helping TSNZ members get the most out of their shooting.  

One of the projects Ian is managing is Coaching Pathways. Ian will be getting in touch with the new Coaching Co-ordinators in each Association to find out what they see as priorities for coaching for their members.  As you can see from the recent reports, TSNZ can assist Associations and Clubs that want to organise coaching sessions for their members, and having Ian find out what you are all planning, or what you would like to plan, is the first step in making sure the TSNZ Coaching Budget is spent in the best way possible.  We know that the JDS gets quality coaching; we also want to make sure our other members have access to coaches who will help move their shooting forward, no matter what level or grade they are currently shooting at.

So have a think about your own shooting, talk to others in your Club, and approach your Association to pass on your your ideas for coaching in your regions.
